‘ਲਿਖਾਰੀ’ ਦੀ ਲੰਮੀਂ ਉਮਰ ਦੀ ਕਾਮਨਾ ਨਾਲ ਮੈਂ ਇਹ ਪੱਤਰ ਲਿਖ ਰਿਹਾ ਹਾਂ। ਇਹ ਸਿਰਫ ਮੇਰੀ ਹੀ ਕਾਮਨਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਬਲਕਿ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਸਾਰਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਕਾਮਨਾ ਹੈ ਜੋ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਭਾਸ਼ਾ, ਸਾਹਿਤ ਅਤੇ ਸਭਿਆਚਾਰ ਨਾਲ ਸੱਚਾ ਪਿਆਰ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ। ਉਮੀਦ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਫੈਸਲੇ ‘ਤੇ ਦੁਬਾਰਾ ਵਿਚਾਰ ਕਰੋਗੇ।-

‘ਲਿਖਾਰੀ’ ਦੇ ਸਬੰਧ ਵਿਚ ਤੁਹਾਣਾ ਬਿਆਨ ਪੜ੍ਹ ਕੇ ਮਨ ਬੜਾ ਪਰੇਸ਼ਾਨ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ। ਮੈਂ ਸਮਝਦਾ ਹਾਂ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਸਮੇਂ ‘ਲਿਖਾਰੀ’ ਦਾ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਭਾਸ਼ਾ, ਸਾਹਿਤ ਅਤੇ ਸਭਿਆਚਾਰ ਵਿਚ ਜੋ ਨਾਮ ਅਤੇ ਸਥਾਨ ਹੈ ਉਹ ਕਿਸੇ ਤੋਂ ਲੁਕਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ। ਤੁਹਾਡਾ ਇਹ ਜਤਨ ਜਿੰਨਾ ਸਲਾਹਿਆ ਜਾਏ ਓਨਾ ਹੀ ਘਟ ਹੈ ; ਤਿੰਨਾਂ ਭਾਸ਼ਾਵਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਇਸ ਨੂੰ ਨਿਰੰਤਰ ਜਾਰੀ ਰੱਖਣਾ ਕਿਸੇ ਇਕੱਲੇ ਬੰਦੇ ਦੇ ਵੱਸ ਦੀ ਗੱਲ ਨਹੀਂ ਪਰ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਇਸ ਨੂੰ ਲਗਾਤਾਰ ਤੋਰ ਰਹੇ ਹੋ ਇਹ ਤੁਹਾਣੀ ਹੀ ਹਿੰਮਤ ਹੈ। ਅਜਿਹੇ ਹਿੰਮਤੀ ਇਨਸਾਨ ਕੋਲੋਂ ‘ਲਿਖਾਰੀ’ ਨੂੰ ਬੰਦ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਫੈਸਲਾ ਸੁਣ ਕੇ ਯਕੀਨ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋ ਰਿਹਾ।
ਦਰਅਸਲ ਗੱਲ ਇਹ ਹੈ ਰਾਏ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਕਿ ਜਿਹੜੇ ਬੰਦੇ ਕਿਸੇ ਦੀ ਕਦਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰਦੇ ਉਹ ਕਦਰ ਕਿਵੇਂ ਪੁਆ ਸਕਦੇ ਹਨ? ਤੁਸਾਂ ਹਰ ਕਿਸੇ ਨੂੰ ਉਸਦੇ ਬਣਦੇ ਥਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਥਾਂ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਜੇਕਰ ਉਹ ਫਿਰ ਵੀ ਖੁਸ਼ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੁੰਦੇ ਤਾਂ ਫਿਰ ਬਹੁਤੀ ਪਰਵਾਹ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰਨੀ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ। ਦੇਖੋ, ਤੁਰਿਆਂ ਹੀ ਮੰਜ਼ਿਲ ‘ਤੇ ਪਹੁੰਚਿਆ ਜਾ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਤੁਰਦਿਆਂ ਤਾਂ ਕਈ ਦਿੱਕਤਾਂ ਆਉਦੀਆਂ ਹੀ ਹੁੰਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ। ਕੁਝ ਲੋਕ ਜੋ ਬਿਨਾ ਤੁਰੇ ਮੰਜ਼ਿਲ ‘ਤੇ ਪਹੁੰਚਣਾ ਚਾਹੁੰਦੇ ਹਨ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਤੁਰ ਰਹੇ ਲੋਕ ਚੰਗੇ ਨਹੀਂ ਲੱਗਦੇ ਹੁੰਦੇ। ਅਜਿਹੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਨੰਗਿਆਂ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਲੋੜ ਹੁੰਦੀ ਹੈ ਨਾ ਕਿ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਮਨਸੂਬਿਆਂ ਵਿਚ ਸਫਲ ਹੋਣ ਦੇਈਦਾ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ।
‘ਲਿਖਾਰੀ’ ਨਾਲ ਇੰਟਰਨੈੱਟ ਦੀ ਦੁਨੀਆਂ ਵਿਚ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਸਾਹਿਤ, ਭਾਸ਼ਾ ਅਤੇ ਸਭਿਆਚਾਰ ਦੀ ਚਰਚਾ ਤੁਰ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਸੁਹਿਰਦ ਜਤਨ ਸਦਕਾ ਹੀ ਸੰਭਵ ਹੋ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਰਕੇ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਮਾਂ-ਬੋਲੀ ਦੀ ਸੇਵਾ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਹੋ। ਕਿਸੇ ਮਾੜੇ ਬੰਦੇ ਨੇ ਜੇਕਰ ਕੋਈ ਗੱਲ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਇਸ ਦਾ ਮਤਲਬ ਇਹ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਿ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਮਾਂ ਦੀ ਸੇਵਾ ਕਰਨੀ ਛੱਡ ਦਿਓ।
‘ਲਿਖਾਰੀ’ ਦੀ ਲੰਮੀਂ ਉਮਰ ਦੀ ਕਾਮਨਾ ਨਾਲ ਮੈਂ ਇਹ ਪੱਤਰ ਲਿਖ ਰਿਹਾ ਹਾਂ। ਇਹ ਸਿਰਫ ਮੇਰੀ ਹੀ ਕਾਮਨਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਬਲਕਿ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਸਾਰਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਕਾਮਨਾ ਹੈ ਜੋ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਭਾਸ਼ਾ, ਸਾਹਿਤ ਅਤੇ ਸਭਿਆਚਾਰ ਨਾਲ ਸੱਚਾ ਪਿਆਰ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ। ਉਮੀਦ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਫੈਸਲੇ ‘ਤੇ ਦੁਬਾਰਾ ਵਿਚਾਰ ਕਰੋਗੇ।

ਕ੍ਰਿਪਾ ਕਰਕੇ ਜਲਦੀ ਤੋਂ ਜ਼ਲਦੀ 'ਲਿਖਾਰੀ' ਮੁੜ ਸੁਰੂ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇ--ਬਲਜਿੰਦਰ ਪਾਲ, ਖੀਵਾ ਕਲਾਂ,ਜ਼ਿਲਾ ਮਾਨਸਾ

ਸਤਿਕਾਰਯੋਗ ਰਾਇ ਜੀ,
ਸਤਿ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਅਕਾਲ,
ਬੜਾ ਦੁੱਖ ਹੋਇਆ ਇਹ ਸੁਣ ਕਿ ਅਦਾਰਾ 'ਲਿਖਾਰੀ' ਜੋ ਕਿ ਲੱਖਾਂ ਪੰਜਾਬੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਦਿਲਾਂ ਦੀ ਧੜਕਣ ਹੈ, ਅੱਜ ਕੁਝ ਕੁ ਸਾਹਿਤ ਦੋਖੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਆਲੋਚਨਾ ਦਾ ਸਿ਼ਕਾਰ ਹੋ ਕਿ ਬੰਦ ਹੋ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਪਰ ਇਸ ਦੇ ਬੰਦ ਹੋਣ ਨਾਲ ਕਿੰਨੇ ਹੀ ਲੇਖਕਾਂ, ਚਿੰਤਕਾਂ ਤੇ ਪਾਠਕਾਂ ਦੇ ਦਿਲ ਟੁੱਟਣਗੇ ਇਹ ਸ਼ਾਇਦ ਕੋਈ ਅੰਦਾਜ਼ਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਲਾ ਸਕਦਾ। ਸਤਿਕਾਰਤ ਰਾਇ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਹਰੇਕ ਸਫ਼ਲ ਅਦਾਰੇ ਦੀ ਸਫ਼ਲਤਾ ਤੋਂ ਕੁਝ ਕੁ ਲੋਕ ਜ਼ਰੂਰ ਨਾਰਾਜ਼ ਹੁੰਦੇ ਹਨ ਪਰ ਲਿਖਾਰੀ ਦੇ ਸੁੰਭਚਿੰਤਕ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਸਾਨੀ ਨਾਲ ਪਾਰ ਪਾ ਸਕਦੇ ਹਨ। ਪਰ ਕੁਝ ਕੁ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਖੁਸ਼ੀ ਲਈ ਇ਼ਨਾਂ ਸਖ਼ਤ ਕਦਮ ਠੀਕ ਨਹੀਂ। ਕ੍ਰਿਪਾ ਕਰਕੇ ਜਲਦੀ ਤੋਂ ਜ਼ਲਦੀ 'ਲਿਖਾਰੀ' ਮੁੜ ਸੁਰੂ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇ।

ਅਜ ਬਹੁਤ ਹੀ ਅਫਸੋਸ ਹੋਇਆ ਜਦੋਂ ਇੰਟਰਨੈਟ ਤੇ ਲਿਖਾਰੀ ਬੰਦ ਹੋਣ ਦੀ ਖਬਰ ਪੜ੍ਹੀ। ਮੈਂ ਇਸ ਖਬਰ ਨਾਲ ਬਹੁਤ ਹੀ ਉਦਾਸ ਹਾਂ। ਜੇ ਮੇਰੀ ਕੋਈ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਮਦਦ ਦੀ ਲੋੜ ਹੋਵੇ ਤਾਂ ਹਾਜ਼ਰ ਹਾਂ । ਮੈ ਤਾਂ ਬੜੀ ਮੁਸ਼ਕਿਲ ਨਾਲ ਲਿਖਾਰੀ ਲਈ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਟਾਈਪ ਸਿੱਖੀ ਸੀ।

Therefore Dr Sahib Ji we both pray to Akaalpurkh for your good health and Charhdikala of Likhari. We make double request to you never to think of closing Likhari. You must move on and the Likhari must move on. Financial problem can be dealt with easily with the support of Likhari well wishers. ਹੁਣੇ-ਹੁਣੇ ਹੀ 'ਲਿਖਾਰੀ' ਦੇ ਬੰਦ ਹੋਣ ਦੀ ਖ਼ਬਰ ਕਪਾਲ਼ ਵਿਚ ਰੋੜੇ ਵਾਂਗ ਵੱਜੀ। ਘੋਰ ਅਫ਼ਸੋਸ ਹੋਇਆ। ਮੈਂ ਸੋਚ ਰਿਹਾ ਹਾਂ ਕਿ ਜੇ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਮਾਂ ਦੇ ਗੋਰਖ ਵਰਗੇ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਹੀ ਟਿੱਲਾ ਛੱਡ ਕੇ ਭੱਜ ਤੁਰਨ, ਤਾਂ ਮੇਰੇ ਵਰਗੇ ਕੰਨ ਪੜਵਾਉਣ ਵਾਲਿ਼ਆਂ ਦਾ ਕੀ ਹਸ਼ਰ ਹੋਊ? ਲਿਖਾਰੀ ਬੰਦ ਨਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇ। ਸਗੋਂ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਪਿਆਰਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਜ਼ਿੰਮੇ ਕੋਈ ਸੇਵਾ ਲਾਈ ਜਾਵੇ। ਮੇਰੇ 77 ਸਾਲਾ ਬਾਪੂ ਜੀ ਕਾਫ਼ੀ ਬੀਮਾਰ ਹਨ, ਦੋ ਅਪ੍ਰੈਲ, ਦਿਨ ਸੋਮਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹਾਂ। ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਦੀ ਸੀਟ ਨਹੀਂ ਮਿਲੀ। ਅਗਰ ਮੇਰੇ ਲਾਇਕ ਕੋਈ ਸੇਵਾ ਹੋਵੇ, ਤਾਂ ਮੇਰਾ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦਾ ਨੰਬਰ 98 141 27527 ਹੈ!

The Philosophy & customs of a language can only brought forward & revealed by the print as well as electronic media. Likhari organization was a step ahead in this direction. This site was proving very helpful to all the writers, readers & critics as well. This is very unlucky & unfortunate towards the Literature world.

It has been taken as a great shock by all the literary minded persons that Likhari Organization has been discontinued.

It is requested that the site may please be continued so that the thirst of reading & writing may be fulfilled of the literary world.

As I have mentioned on the phone today that for couple of days I was unable to check the likhari web site. Today, I had received few telephone calls regarding Likhari. I was shocked to notice that you have decided to terminate the site. We had discussed this when I was in England last. I know it is very hard for you with yours and Surjit Ji's health issues. At the same time our writers do expect a reliable platform which you had created. Should there be some criticism or complains, we can try to assess the situation and find a solution. As being the part of the board member, I seriously request you to reconsider. The Likhari has made its mark in the web publishing field. Through this we can reach a readership at the world level.

Hoping to see the site again soon.

I can well feel the all round pressure and responsibility of running Likhari that you have been so nicely braving for so long. It was really a blessing of Waheguru on you that you did this multi-lingual rare job of bringing out this internet magazine. And I believe the blessing of Waheguru will still be there on you in this unique service. You were destined to start this marvelous service with the grace of Waheguru and I am confident He will continue to give you good health and strong will to do this job. Guru Amar Das Ji has rightly said, :"Gurmukh Buddhe kade naaheen jinhaan antar surt gian."  Those devotees who has in them the spiritual knowledge  and are attuned to God, never grow old. A devoted person can never lack the abundance of Waheguru's blessings.  I am sure local hands can come forward to minimize your burden and also the financial problem is no problem in the presence of readers of Likhari all over the world. ਖ਼ਬਰ ਤਾਂ ਹੁਣੇ ਹੀ “ਅਚਿੰਤੇ ਬਾਜ ਪਏ॥” ਵਰਗੀ ਹੀ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਆਈ ਹੈ; ਪਰ ਸਾਹਿਤਕ ਪੱਖੋਂ ਘੋਰ ਅਣਗਹਿਲੀ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲ਼ੀ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਕੌਮ ਵਾਸਤੇ, ਸਾਹਿਤਕ ਖੇਤਰ ਵਿਚ ਕੋਈ ਇਕੱਲਾ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ, ਕਿੰਨਾ ਕੁ ਚਿਰ ਘਰ ਫੂਕ ਕੇ ਤਮਾਸ਼ਾ ਵੇਖ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ! ਮੈਨੂੰ ਤਾਂ ਅੱਖਰ ਝਰੀਟਣ ਦਾ ਉਤਸ਼ਾਹ ਹੀ ਲਿਖਾਰੀ ਨੇ ਦਿਤਾ ਸੀ। ਇਉਂ ਸਮਝੋ ਜਿਵੇਂ ਕਿ ਉਂਗਲ਼ ਫੜ ਕੇ ਤੁਰਨਾ ਸਿਖਾਈਦਾ ਹੈ।

ਠੀਕ ਹੈ ਮਹਾਰਾਜ ਦਾ ਫੁਰਮਾਣ ਹੈ, “ਸਠੀਂ ਕੇ ਬੁਢੇਪਾ ਆਵੈ॥” ਤੇ “ਸੱਤਰ ਕਾ ਮਤਿ ਹੀਣ” ਵੀ ਆਖਦੇ ਨੇ ਪਰ ਦੂਜੇ ਪਾਸੇ “ਗੁਰਮੁਖ ਬੁਢੇ ਕਦੇ ਨਾਹੀ ਜਿਨਾਂ ਅੰਤਰਿ ਸੁਰਤਿ ਗਿਆਨ॥” ਵਾਲ਼ਾ ਫੁਰਮਾਨ ਵੀ ਹੈ ਜੋ ਕਿ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਉਪਰ ਪੂਰੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਢੁਕਦਾ ਹੈ।

ਜਿੰਨੀ ਸੇਵਾ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਸਾਹਿਤ ਤੇ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਲਿਖਾਰੀਆਂ ਤੇ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਪਿਆਰਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ ਉਸਦਾ ਅਸੀਂ ਇਵਜ਼ਾਨਾ ਨਹੀ ਦੇ ਸਕਦੇ, ਸ਼ੁਕਰਾਨਾ ਹੀ ਕਰ ਸਕਦੇ ਹਾਂ। ਸਦ ਅਫ਼ਸੋਸ ਹੀ ਰਹੇਗਾ ਏਨੇ ਚੰਗੇ ਪਰਚੇ ਦੇ ਬੰਦ ਹੋ ਜਾਣ ਦਾ!

ਪਾਠਕਾਂ ਤੇ ਲਿਖਾਰੀਆਂ ਨਾਲ਼, ਲਿਖਾਰੀ ਨੂੰ ਬੰਦ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਮਜਬੂਰੀ ਦਾ ਕਾਰਨ ਜ਼ਰੂਰ ਹੀ ਪੂਰੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਸਾਂਝਾ ਕਰਨਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ, ਬੰਦ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲ਼ਾ ਅਖ਼ੀਰੀ ਕਦਮ ਚੁੱਕਣ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ। ਸਾਡੀ ਹਮੇਸ਼ਾਂ ਹੀ, “ਮੋਇਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਪੂਜੇ ਇਹ ਦੁਨੀਆਂ, ਜਿਊਂਦੇ ਦੀ ਕੀਮਤ ਕੁਝ ਵੀ ਨਹੀ।“ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ।

ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਉਦਮ, ਯੋਗਤਾ, ਨਿਰਮਾਣਤਾ, ਮੁਸ਼ੱਕਤ, ਤਹੱਮਲ, ਅਗਵਾਈ, ਅਧਿਆਪਕਤਾ, ਸਿਰੜ, ਸਹਿਣਸ਼ੀਲਤਾ, ਸੁਹਿਰਦਤਾ, ਸਾਹਿਤਕ ਸੇਵਾ ਆਦਿ ਨੂੰ ਸਦਾ ਹੀ ਸਲਾਮ ਰਹੇਗਾ।

ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਵਿਚ ਹੈ ਕੋਈ ਹੋਰ ਵੈਬ ਸਾਈਟ ਜੋ ‘ਲਿਖਾਰੀ’ ਜਿੰਨੀ ਕਾਮਯਾਬੀ ਨਾਲ ਚੱਲ ਰਹੀ ਹੋਵੇ?

‘ਲਿਖਾਰੀ’ ਦੇ ਬੰਦ ਕਰਨ ਬਾਰੇ ਪੜ੍ਹਿਆ ਤਾਂ ਯਕੀਨ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋਇਆ। ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਜ਼ੁਬਾਨ ਨੂੰ ਤਾਂ ‘ਲਿਖਾਰੀ’ ਵਰਗੇ ਹੋਰ ਪਰਚਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਵੀ ਲੋੜ ਹੈ, ਪਰ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਹੀ ਕਾਮਯਾਬੀ ਨਾਲ ਚੱਲ ਰਹੀ ਵੈਬ ਸਾਈਟ ਨੂੰ ਬੰਦ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਐਲਾਨ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਹੋ। ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਵਿਚ ਹੈ ਕੋਈ ਹੋਰ ਵੈਬ ਸਾਈਟ ਜੋ ‘ਲਿਖਾਰੀ’ ਜਿੰਨੀ ਕਾਮਯਾਬੀ ਨਾਲ ਚੱਲ ਰਹੀ ਹੋਵੇ? ਇਸਨੂੰ ਬੰਦ ਕਰਨ ਬਾਰੇ ਨਾ ਸੋਚੋ। ਅਸੀਂ ਬਹੁਤ ਸਾਰੇ, ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਨੂੰ ਪਿਆਰ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੇ ਅਤੇ ਤੁਹਾਡਾ ਤਹਿ ਦਿਲੋਂ ਸਤਿਕਾਰ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੇ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਬੇਨਤੀ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਾਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਕੀਤੇ ਇਸ ਫੈਸਲੇ ਨੂੰ ਰੱਦ ਕਰ ਦਿਉ। ਧੰਨਵਾਦੀ ਹੋਵਾਂਗੇ। ਮੇਰੇ ਜਿੰਮੇ ਜਿਹੜੀ ਵੀ ਸੇਵਾ ਲਾਉ ਦੱਸ ਦੇਣਾ ਸਦਾ ਹਾਜ਼ਰ ਹਾਂ। ਮੈਨੂੰ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਵਲੋਂ ਹਾਂਅ ਪੱਖੀ ਜਵਾਬ ਦੀ ਉਡੀਕ ਰਹੇਗੀ। ਬਹੁਤ ਸਾਰੀ ਆਸ ਨਾਲ--

ਪਰਮ ਸਤਿਕਾਰ ਯੋਗ ਰਾਏ ਸਾਹਿਬ,

ਗੁਰ ਫਤਿਹ ਪ੍ਰਵਾਨ ਹੋਵੇ। ਦੋ ਤਿੰਨ ਦਿਨ ਬਾਦ ਕੰਪਿਊਟਰ ਖੋਲ੍ਹਿਆ। ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਜਿਹੇ ਉੱਦਮੀ ਮਹਾਂਪੁਰਖ ਦੇ ਨਿਰਾਸ਼ਾਜਨਕ ਸ਼ਬਦ ਮੇਰੇ ਮੱਥੇ ਪੱਥਰ ਵਾਂਗ ਲੱਗੇ। ਜਿਹੜਾ ਸੱਜਣ ਇਸ ਨੂੰ ਕੂੜਾਦਾਨ ਸਮਝਦਾ ਹੈ, ਉਸ ਦਾ ਰੱਬ ਰਾਖਾ ਆਪਾਂ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਕੁਝ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਹਿਣਾ, ਉਸ ਦਾ ਭਲਾ ਹੋਵੇ। ਪਰ ਕਿਸੇ ਦੇ ਕਹੇ ਆਪਣਾ ਰਸਤਾ ਛੱਡ ਦੇਣਾ ਵੀ ਤਾ ਠੀਕ ਨਹੀਂ । ਜੇ ਇਸ ਪਿੱਛੇ ਕੋਈ ਹੋਰ ਆਰਥਿਕ ਜਾਂ ਕੋਈ ਹੋਰ ਕਾਰਨ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਉਹ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਸੱਜਣ ਪ੍ਰੇਮੀਆਂ ਸਨੇਹੀਆਂ ਕੋਲੋਂ ਚੰਦਾ/ਇਸ਼ਤਿਹਾਰ ਲੈ ਸਕਦੇ ਹੋ। ਮੈਨੂੰ ਪਤਾ ਹੈ ਲਿਖਾਰੀ ਨੇ ਕੁੱਲ ਦੁਨੀਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਪਣਾ ਭਾਈਚਾਰਾ ਬਣਾ ਲਿਆ ਹੈ ਤੇ ਲਿਖਾਰੀ ਦੇ ਪਾਠਕ ਤੇ ਸਨੇਹੀ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਇਹ ਕਦਮ ਨਹੀਂ ਪੁੱਟਣ ਦੇਣ ਗੇ। ਮੈਂ ਹੋਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਸਨਿਮਰ ਬੇਨਤੀ ਕਰਦਾ ਹਾਂ ਕਿ ਜੇ ਕੋਈ ਆਪ ਚੰਗੀ ਮੂਰਤ ਨਹੀਂ ਬਣਾ  ਸਕਦਾ ਤਾਂ ਹੋਰਾਂ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਵਾਲਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਨਿਰਉਤਸ਼ਾਹਤ ਨਾ ਕਰੇ।

Dear Rai Sahib,
I am deeply shocked to know the sad news.I just can't believe that an internet magazine which was doing wonders have stopped its publication all of a sudden. Really I'm deeply shocked.

Now just two minutes past I have seen a notice on LIKHARI that this magazine is going to be closed. I dont think there will be any money problem for this magazine. May I know the reason for its closure.

ਤੁਹਾਡੀ ਲਿਖਾਰੀ ਦੀ ਖ਼ਬਰ ਅਣਦੇਖੇ ਝੱਖੜ-ਝੁੱਲੇ ਵਰਗਾ ਅਸਰ ਪਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਸੂਚਨਾ ਦਾ ਦੁੱਖ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਤੱਕ ਹੀ ਸੀਮਤ ਨਹੀਂ ਬਲਕਿ ਥਾਂ ਥਾਂ ਮਹਿਸੂਸ ਹੋ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ; ਇਹ ਮੇਰਾ ਅਨੁਭਵ ਹੈ। ਮੇਰੇ ਖਿਆਲ ਵਿਚ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਥੋੜੀ ਦੇਰ, ਹਫਤਾ-ਦੋ-ਹਫਤੇ, ਲਿਖਾਰੀ ਖੁੱਲਾ ਰੱਖਣ ਦੀ ਕੋਸਿ਼ਸ ਜਰੂਰ ਕਰਨੀ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਨਾਲ ਜੁੜੇ ਲੇਖਕ ਪਾਠਕ ਅਪਣੇ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਧੰਨਵਾਦ ਕਰ ਸਕਣ। ਨਿਰਾਸ ਹੁੰਦਿਆਂ ਹੋਇਆਂ ਵੀ ਉਂਝ ਮੈਂ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਫੈਸਲੇ ਨਾਲ ਸਹਿਮਤ ਹਾਂ। ਤੁਹਾਡੀ ਲਗਨ ਅਤੇ ਮੇਹਨਤ ਬੇ-ਮਿਸਾਲ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ।

Respected Dr.Sahib,

I am really shocked why the Likhari is not on site? This is part of our daily life. If we do (are) not agree with some policies that means we do not want the paper. As a Likhari family this is our right if we feel some thing we share. This is the best internet punjabi magazine. Healthy criticism is not a bad thing, because we are the part of this paper. If you feel any thing I am really sorry. I appreciate your hard work. Please continue this Likhari....This is our request.Thanks

Dr. Sahib this is not fair one column is permanent on and other one you remove. We want to know this paper is for few writers? We are very disappointed. This is not fair. One article on  your site Dec 31/2006 it is still on. One book title from more then one year. Is it right? some emails you say lost.  Last time same thing happen? for Jasbir's article my articles and book title too.
